Sentient Logic is growing, and we are looking for people who want to build the intelligence layer for retail trading: AI that reads the market's information flow so traders can act on all of it, across every account they have.

What we are building

Retail traders now have institutional-grade execution but stone-age information workflows: five apps, fifty headlines, and no view of the whole picture. We connect the accounts, put language models on the reading, and turn a trader's own history into feedback. It is a real technical problem (broker APIs, real-time data, applied LLMs, financial-grade security) with a very direct user benefit.

Who tends to thrive here

• Engineers who like owning problems end to end, from broker API quirks to the pixel that displays them.
• People with a genuine interest in markets; you do not need to be a trader, but you should find the domain interesting rather than tolerable.
• Builders comfortable with AI tools as part of the craft, and rigorous about verifying what they produce.
• People who default to shipping: small teams, real ownership, users who notice.

How we work

Small team, high trust, low ceremony. Security and honesty are non-negotiable: we handle people's financial data, we never overstate what AI can do, and we would rather ship an honest feature late than a hollow one on time.
