Our Commitment to Your Data Privacy

Sentient Logic exists to read your financial picture, which means we owe you an unusually clear answer to one question: what happens to your data? Here is that answer, in plain language.

The principles we build on

  • We never see your broker passwords. Every connection uses OAuth 2.0: you log in on your broker's own site, and we receive a limited, revocable token. There is no password to leak because we never have it.
  • Least privilege: connections request only the scopes a feature needs. Portfolio analysis does not request trading permissions.
  • Encryption everywhere: data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest with 256-bit AES.
  • Your data is not the product. We do not sell it, share it with advertisers, or monetize your positions in any form. Revenue comes from subscriptions, full stop.

Control you can verify yourself

  • Disconnect any broker inside the app, and the stored token is dropped on our side.
  • Revoke from the broker's side too: every broker's security settings list connected apps, and removing us there cuts access instantly, independent of anything we do.
  • Request deletion of your account and data at any time at [email protected]. Deletion means deletion, not deactivation.

Accountability beyond promises

We maintain SOC 2 Type II compliance with regular independent audits, run security reviews against our own infrastructure, and patch findings on a fixed clock rather than a convenient one. Where we use AI providers to analyze market information, your identity is not part of the exchange; models see market data and anonymized context, not who you are.

The standard to hold us to

The rule we ask you to apply to us is the same one we recommend for any financial app: if it wants your broker password, walk away; if it cannot explain its data practices in plain language, walk away. This page exists so you never have to guess about ours. Questions or concerns reach a human at [email protected].
